About us
Privilege Care Ltd is a registered company under the Companies Act in England and Wales. Our company is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
I am I.A. Wijesinghe, the founder of Privilege Care. I have been working as a care worker with many elderly and disabled customers for the past few years. The knowledge and experience that I gained as a care worker have provided me with an enhanced understanding of what it takes to provide an improved service to our customers, the way of conduct and functions of care providers.
As such we thought to raise the bar and bring up the standard of the services we provide for a whole new level because some providers consider this just a business opportunity and therefore they only try to comply with the minimum requirements or standards.
We aim for excellence and professionalism in what we do. Our caregivers arrive on time and complete the care services within the agreed time unless there is an emergency situation. Most of the care providers fail to do so.
We continually strive to provide a privileged service to our customers which is second to none and to keep our standards consistently high. At the same time we look after our staff well so our staff will look after our customers.
